For sit and wait services where you simply need a trustworthy company to wait for contractors or deliveries at your home to attend and repair appliances, fit furtniture or delivery goods we offer a sit and wait service. All of our team are CRB checked and we offer quality peace of mind service. We will collect your keys from you at a time convienant to you and then on the time and date required wait at your property to allow the required service or delivery to be completed. Once finished we will lock your property and return your keys to the designated location. Our prices are based on a per hour charge of £15 per hour. Generally we can collect and return your items of clothing ironed within 48hrs. We offer an express service returning ironing within 24hrs for a premium charge of £20 per load of washing

For individual services such as ironing payment is on delivery of the ironing. For propery services such as end of tenancy cleans payment is required prior to cleaning for indvidual requests or 14 days* after cleaning for company invoiced bookings Sit and wait services are payable on the day. *All services delivered to estate/letting agencies and companies are invoiced - payment terms 14 days after service is provided. Non payment within 14 days incurs a £35 fee per 7 days that the invoice remains unpaid.
